As a college baseball player, Bobby was an Academic All-American, MVP, and a three-time draft selection of the Chicago White Sox organization. He later built a successful business career, serving as a CEO, CFO, CPA, board member, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor, helping organizations and leaders through periods of growth, change, and transformation.

 

Yet, the experiences that shaped him most were not found in athletic achievements or professional accomplishments.
